[3.8.2] Cross Fire specific items (Black Market)
All Black Market Crates sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given for the crates themselves and no items won from the crates can be exchanged for other items. Black Market Coupon refunds will be given for accidental exchanges as long as the purchaser contacts Z8Games within 48 hours of the original coupon exchange. A refund of this type will only be given once per account.

If you purchased it over 48 hours ago, then it's too late. To get coupons refunded you send the ticket in CrossFire > complaints/technical support.
