Unlocks all the steam achievements but doesn't make a dent to your in-game achievements. Pointless for if you want to get supply/euro. Great if you just want to show off to your steam friends. So I say: Misleading post since the person did say you would get the in-game rewards for it. Also the person said its not for looking good in game, instead its for improving your playing skill? Obvious troll. Maybe virus hidden in their somewhere... Idk.

It just unlocks the achievements on steam which doesn't really do much. I got some achievements for other games I don't even have.
