I've noticed a recent rise in viruses disguised as hacks, so here are a couple things to ask yourself before downloading and running a program.

1) The Posters reputation.
Look at the users post count. Users with low post counts tend to be frauds, well more like 99.99% of them.
Look at his/her spelling, grammar, etc... Do you really thing someone who can't spell on an average level can really code a fully functional hack?
2) The hack
Most frauds tend to use outrageous hacks to catch your attention. Do you really think they will discover a new hack before Dave, or any other site's coders? They are the best at what they do, I doubt 'TheHackMaker' will discover some super duper one hit kill hack.
3) File Size
Take a look at the file size. Most Vip hacks don't even surpass a megabyte (mb). If the file size is 15mb, ask yourself if it's really worth the risk.
4) Virus Scans
Not 100% of viruses are going to get picked up by Anti-Virus. Nothing is perfect. Don't rely on a virus scan.
5) Be patient
Wait for a couple people to reply. Maybe someone will be the dumb ass before you. Instead of putting your own computer at risk, wait for someone else.

As you can see in the example above. The user, with 4 posts, states that he has created a temporary public hack. If "SuperGun" doesn't sound suspicious enough, the file size was 15mb.

Conclusion:
Just use your common sense, it was given to you for a reason.
Combat Arms is just a game.
Viruses are serious.You can put anyone who uses your computer at risk, just because you wanted to get an advantage on someone in a game.
I guarantee you won't be owning anyone when your living on the street because your moms bank account got keylogged.

Just too add to that
~ When you are accessing a .rar , .zip , .7zip. You can download it and then use VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan to scan it. Just a warning, most viruses will not attack your computer until you open the .rar , .zip , .7zip. And the most easiest way not to get auto opened when downloading is use IE.
~ Get a really good anti-virus, please do not flame someone if you use like AVG or Avast, they have a lot of false readings, so don't flame people like that.
~ If you never heard of the name of the hack before like, "unlimited throwing knife hack" then it really doesn't exist.
~ And to add on earlier, people do flame "choobs" for fake hacks, so either you don't download, or you wait for someone to download and see if it has viruses or not. Remember people have secondary account, and they can just say it works or not, so be careful D:
