How do you use a MCPatcher while you have installed a hack....like i want both a hack client and a texture pack to be in one? any pro can help?

i think its the same process. Personally, never tried using a texture pack with a client. Either its the same process or it already comes with HD texture support. Backup your minecraft.jar before anytests.
