Use Fraps, it's the best you could get out there.

Unless you're uploading raw gameplay footage you've got to learn how to edit videos so good luck with that.

Or u can use the recorder in Xfire. Fraps use alot of ur system. Shity if u got slow computer.

Oh btw use fraps to record your game and i recommend install sonyvegas for rendering it.
