Groups/titles?

Made a thread before and the person couldn't read at all due to I was asking more then just VIP. All the Titles and userbars the people have on their account, don't see anywhere on how to get them(join a group) or anything. Just see people with 6 posts have 4 userbars, colored names etc... This is no where to be found for an answer as I've searched.

The only colored name you can really have at six posts is beige, and that's if you donate $25 or more dollars. Golden names (trusted members) are for veteran users who've been here for quite a while and are considered "trusted". There are four stages of moderators with green names that go from light green (minion), slightly light green (minion+), green (moderator), and dark green (global moderator). You can't actually 'join' these groups.
Most of them are Staff groups, you can try applying when there are Staff Applications though, if you meet the requirements.
