PlugIns (DTX) Textures files

My photoshop cs5.1 doesnt include pulgins folder , can i use gimp 2 to Edit Textures? (DTX) files

Your plugin folder IS there. If it wasn't your photoshop wouldn't function.

No you can't use GIMP to edit DTX files since there is no plugin for it.

U should put msvcirtd.dll and msvcrtd.dll in ur photoshop folder. And download the DTX format plugin for photoshop and put that in :C/program files/Adbobe Photoshop CS5.1/Plug-ins/File formats. Then u can open .dtx files with ur photoshop. U should just google those files. BTW: guess u need photoshop cS5.1 (or u allready have that version, idk)
