deseo comprar un HACK VIP de Combat Arms con VISA por medio de paypal... y tengo mi VISA libre para comprar ( no la he agregado a paypal todavia )

mi pregunta es..... aqui en colombia la moneda es el peso, pero resulta que el hack se paga en dolares ( $ 19.99 dolares - 1 mes )

Puedo pagar el equivalente de 19.99 dolares en pesos colombianos por medio de paypal?

Tiene algun costo extra por hacer el cambio de pesos a dolares?

Cuanto demora o como funciona la entrega del hack?
