Custom made accolades.

I found some old combat arms accolades that i cant seem to get working.
How can i get these working. They dont work like regular mods.
I cant get them to work at ** all. Its really **ING annoying. If you could help
that'd be great... I cant get them to work. Im trying to change these mods but there annoying and wont work T_T.
If you know how to get accolades to work like texture mods. Then I'd be happy!
