    How to Unlock Dev Console?

    Few minutes ago I found a guy which had dev console unlocked he was changing stuff in Find game/Servers how to Unlock it? I really need this

    So? Did anyone tried to change 0x00490D60 to "1"? BTW, the default value for this offset for me is "106". When I change this to "1", I have a game crashing to desktop. Strange. :-)
