Noclip/ Teleporting

i have recently come across an influx of cheats i have never seen in COD. Maybe i live under a rock but recently a number of players have been using Teleport/ Noclip hacks i can not seem to find them anywhere. Anyone have any thoughts on this

well no this guy was defiantly using a teleport hack of some kind i was watching him teleport from bomb site to bomb site and moving through walls it was insane
