there isnt in the rules to only speak in english in americans or eu sections, everyone can speak in his own language, if the others will understand it is their problem not ours...
if he want to talk to a brazilian guy he has his directs to talk in english, in that case luizimloko is brazilian, and lucas wants to talk to him, so it is allowed to speak portuguese...

Actually it depends on who u'r talking 'cuz if the guy its russian, and you now how to speak russian, you could ask for help to him in his laguage, in this case both are brasilian, then they could talk in portuguese with no problem, if anyone asks for translation then the guy who wrote the post should translate for english...

You're a complete moron. No one is rude to anyone. You're just paranoid thinking that everyone thinks you're idiotic or someone else is idiotic for speaking another language. Since when was I, or since when was anyone portraying that sense here?

Don't be dumb? I've been on this site longer than you have been. It's rulings; that you have to speak English anywhere no matter WHAT kind of section it is. The only exception is INTERNATIONAL SECTIONS. When we infract / warn someone, one of the many reasons that we infract someone are 'Non english language on board'. That's a stated reason for infracting/warning that is already implemented.

You're a moron. Plain and simple. You're lucky you aren't perma'd at this point. I've been discussing with you on this, and not flaming you or trying to plot a conflict whatsoever. That doesn't give you the right to begin a conflict. You should be smart and know that you shouldn't be speaking that sort of tone to anyone, even including lower staff, privileged users or upper staff.

For the OP @lucas123456 , If you want to discuss with luizimloko on how to make a hack, try contacting him via PM/VM.

You have to learn C++ in order to make hacks though. It's a programming language and you need to learn it before you get into hack making.
