Explosion : Scabbical[Topblast base v1.6][Multi-Threading, Integrated Settings, Plus]

Using Multi-Threading, Scabbical was able to unlock a massive performance boost in the rendering of its own xMenu. Not only is it faster, Scabbical also uses some technology not in today's current bases. Thanks to @flameswor10, I research the detour type hot-patching. This base also contains integrated settings, this is where you do not have to save the variables individually, xMenu have each and every item saved and can load them all by name and DirectInput(xInput) class for more possibilities and faster input rendering.(Mouse scrolling, and Controller) Those are just a few features in this base.

This base is still under development but I release a fairly stable base for you.
