Whenever I go to bed, I just keep talking to myself. No matter how tired I am, my mind makes up some stupid story and there I am, just talking to myself in my head like 'That's it I'm gonna shush now and sleep' yet I keep going and going without of actually noticing. Could it be cause of ADHD? Anyone any idea? I really have to get some proper sleep.
