First work with photoshop

Here is my first ever picture made with photoshop i know and i compared it with the other pics in this forum and its not that good
i need your suggestions so i know how i can improve my self in photoshop.

Did you use blue and white and clouds to make the background?

Also the render is over sharpened.

well the backround isnt actually clouds its a plugin i found in photoshop i dont remember excatly its name as for the render the problem is i dont know to render almost at all so i took a picture from google and it wasnt good rendered now as of the you dont know what to say here i would suggest helpin me out on some sig toturial so i can improve or something like this?? cause i really dont know where to start and as i said in the first place i know it sucks but ok at least i tried!! also thnks for the feedback

Pick colors that look good together. I don't like the background :|
Sasuke's skin in the small picture is green and orange-ish, put the layer with the blue and white things behind all of it. If you want to put it in front, don't use overlay.
Idk what to say since you're new to photoshop, I might hurt yer feelings :|

@RamenThief well my feelings arent hurt so easily i prefer the ruth so i know how my work really is.thanks for the feedback and the useful tips could you maybe point me out to some useful toturials so i can learn even a little things of all this cool stuff i see in this section???

I don't know. Just search google for some stuff, I'm pretty sure there's gonna be at least one tutorial for whatever you want.

@RamenThief ok ill try that and im looking tutorials for the things with some awsome 3d graphics inside of them i suppose as i heard that this photos also use c4d except photoshop or i can make 3d effects in the photo with just photoshop???

You need C4D for the 3d graphics.

@RamenThief well i figured out some toturials downloaded a gfx pack with some c4d renders and a while ill publish my second job i want feedback on it too
