Stay away from sports in signatures; I have yet to see a good piece come out with sports as the main theme.
The render doesn't blend at all with the background, mainly because you blurred the fuck out of it.
As I said on the other piece of yours, the text and the borders are a no-no.
Don't put your render in the center of the tag, put it a little to the left or a little to the right, but never in the middle.

To be fair. I honestly have no idea what else to do, other then blur the background :P.

Not bad really, just gotta work on your effects, it looks unfinished and also the background is to blurred :/
text i wouldn't even worry about it right now.
for a border just make a new layer apply image go to edit>stroke>1px and make it black

Read some tutorials bro on flow/depth and lighting.

Oh yeh thats the way add border.
But I did it so that the sides were thinner and the top and bottom were thick.
Cuz I pro.
