The damage prof. dosen't work for me. I can see the damage icon in the class menu but nothing happen when i'm ingame. Same bullet count/kill ratio.

Unfortunately, IW has patched most of the thing so:
1-) Don't try to put a proficiency on a weapons that it wasn't supposed to have, like Damage on Assault Rifles and SMGs;

This applies to some Attachments too

Are you sure MW3 is running when your trying to use the Trainer?

You will hardly get a VAC ban just for using trainers like this... the only thing you should be aware of is BanCandy... he/she can see all you stats, classes, etc and ban you (not a VAC ban tho)... just dont get reported too often and you'll be fine
