Put this on
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7)
If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place msvcr100.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
If you need anymore .dll's just look them up in the search box I'm pretty sure you can find them!
(Remember to click download zip file)-> the installer is just plain bs.

I did put it in my System 32 folder, but it gives me the error message Windows doesn't support this file or .dll or something like that.

Check if the file is compatible with your system, make sure your windows is updated, make sure your have all Microsoft Visual Redistributable Packages up to date, and that's about it really. It could also be that you must've installed them wrong too, not trying to sound like an ass.

It means it's an incomplete version of OPK. It means sometimes it shows enemies but not all the time, sometimes it shows teammates instead.
