Am I the only one who's been banned doing this?
Extra info:
I am running 64-bit Windows 7
I was using everything mentioned in the OP, (Error's .dll's, the hack .dll, etc.)
During my one round I was mostly using Chams (didn't work), Nametags, Weapon Range, Super Bullets, No Recoil, No Spread, and CrossHair.
Though I did use (for only around 3 minutes) TeleKill and Fly.
For an injector I used the Portal Injector.

Can anybody explain why I was banned?

You were banned because of telekill.Do not make things so obvious

Ok im not sure how i use the OPK new to all this stuff not sure if its working or what im doing wrong and what does the suicidor thing do and what about tele kill how do i use all that stuff like i turn it on but im not sure if im using it right or how to even work the dang thing lol please help me thanks

I appreciate the responses and thank those of you who've solved my issue.
Though I only used Telekill for a short time (30s-1m?) I will keep away from that portion of the hack at all for future use.
