Do you get an error? Sometimes i have to go to hackshield folder and press on hsupdate.exe and i can play again.. Try this or reinstall. Thank me if it helped!

maybe you just need to reinstall CA.

I got same problem, but reinstalling doesn´t help.
There comes no message it just shuts down the process engine.exe.
