OK guys it is pretty simple to avoid bans from BanCandy and the MW3SA Reporting Tool. Here are a few tips:
If using an Aimbot or wallhack(including removed textures) try to make your shots as legit as possible. You should have the advantage since you know their coming but dont trace them through the wall with your sights. If using an aimbot, if possible, turn off the auto wall shooting feature so your not killing invisible enemies. These are important especially if you play softcore of a gametype with a long respawn or no respawn until the next round)
Also try to avoid Final kills of the game even if it is hardcore since everyone is able to watch the killcam and it is saved to their theater mode.

The reason this will help avoid bans is because it sends a copy of the player who is reporting you's theater, not yours. Since it is not yours, the theater can only be observed via 3rd person and spectate of you and only 1st person view of the theater owner. Since this is the case, it is almost impossible to determine an aimbot/wallhack/anything at all. BanCandy herself has even expressed her views on the failure behind Xifon's reporting tool and the theater files it sends. It is damn near impossible to determine anything and IW as a company is not going to ban on an assumption because then they lose money in the long run. Although the MW3SA Reporting Tool is scary it is still only a ploy to divert people away from hacking. It is a scare tactic. On xifon.eu(Link and downloads approved by Nachos) the website shows only about 150 people banned using the tool and Xifon has stated that over 12,000 reports have been filed with the tool. If that does not show you how inaccurate the tool is for catching hackers then I am not sure what will. As with any game you hack on there is always a risk of being banned. Just because a 3rd party has created something with "help" from the game producers does not mean it is 100 percent fail safe. Just relax and hack smarter. If you know what the program is looking for then fight the program back with a mix of common sense and logic. Also if there is someone in your lobby as BanCandy, 99 percent guarantee it is a troll or someone running the mW3SA reporting tool. Your best bet is to report to steam for any infraction and mark user as committing Copy Right Infringement to IW staff (Yes it does work as steam cares more about public relations then anything else). OK, simple explanation: The MW3SA Reporting Tool captures the players Steam ID (GUID) and in-game Steam Name. It then attaches a .DEMO file of the game you selected for that player to a text document and it is then sent to a server for inspection by IW's BanCandy, Ban,Stache, or BanBaron. It ONLY attaches .DEMO files IF you have theater mode enabled. If you have it disabled all it will do is send a text document with the players name and Steam ID to the server. Make a little bit more sense???

That the tool only sends a 3rd person perspective of any other player except for you is not Xifon's fault, the .demo files simply don't include any 1st person data for anybody else but you - it's the developer's fault for not including that like in Black Ops. So you practically have to hope that the guys you kill always skip the killcam real quick.

I don't really know, but a couple of days I guess. If you aren't banned yet, it's probably because they don't find the footage as enough proof.

The demo's are only usable if the reporting player has watched the killcams.

A VAC ban usually has a 1-2 week delay.

It can be as fast as one TDM match, if you're injecting. Long story short (knowingly) grabbed an enjected wh (similar design as the External, was it the best last hack? Probably not) Got myself a nuke, got out of the match "Cheat Detected."

Regular Steam report really won't do anything, I've been reported SOOO many times. I was even reported a hacker that I counterd and shut down 43 0 1 in Kill Confirmed on 1v1 (He decided to shoot me through two walls with a Barrett XD)
