    Just curious....

    Why can't we upload .png sigs? I know they are slightly larger in file size, but they handle transparency much better.

    Dave has to enable the option, but I think it's disabled for the sake of animation.

    usually animation is in gif form though...png is merely for transparency and should it not still work if you upload and img code it?

    Not if it's in the signature body. GIFs are transparent too.

    vBulletin doesn't allow animations unless enabled.

    .gif transparency sucks. You can't add drop shadows.
