Help, combat arms closes when i start it?

Can someone help me? I downloaded the newest international hack. I followed all instructions about posting thanks and things. When i start combat arms it closes right b4 the login screen and redirects me to this website.

After you run the simplechams.exe click out off that wierd website and there should be a command prompt box with some writing in it. Is that what you see?

if you are reffering to the simplechams, i can get that to work up until i turn on speed hack. The first time it worked then, i tried it again and an error popped up saying error or somthing and said click ok to terminate program. Now when i try to activate speed hack, it just closes combat arms and leaves wierd debug files in my combat arms folder.(OS: windows xp)
