Why have hacks ..

Why have hacks been so easily detected in the past week or two?
I was using a hack which was newly released and the next day it was detected, whats going on

In the moment when MPGH members Post A hack or something else crossfire company and their staff Check daily public sites where the best and the newest hacks are posted and they download them,see what is it about and patch them in one day or two.Thats The problem with the public sites:staff see hacks and patch them thats why we need talk in private and send hacks via email to not give chance to crossfire to patch them.
