I think because cats are cuddly, cute, and nice. I personally love cats, and I have 2 living with me currently. I used to have 3, but I had to put it down as it had liver failure, and the 2 cats I have now used to always beat up on her as kids. She was traumatized, and I feel like a bad owner for doing nothing about it until the day I took her into the vet and found out all this.

I like kittens, if you bring one with you to the store fuck all the hot chicks come up to you and are obsessed, but I'm more of a dog person
