the only way to "cheat" is botting the game with a macro program

Hire a genius hacker to hack into the Runescape data server and get what you want. That's the ONLY* way you will ever be able to, per se, hack gold, items, and things of that sort. The closest thing you're going to get to hacking, is botting.
