Your router is set up with a moderate NAT and you can't host matches with a moderate NAT.

Jorndel has posted some tutorials in the coding section you can take a look at.

For the NAT thingy, I don't use any of the hacks that gets posted on this site, do I don't really know anything. I can only assume.
