Fuck iTunes

So.. iTunes has fucked me over before as I'm sure it's fucked many of you over. One time when my iPod was jailbroken, iTunes updated my iPod and wiped everything with it for some reason. Pretty pissed as I had around 300 songs on it. More or less, doesn't matter.

So, then I got my iPod back up, and shortly after I switched my OS to Backtrack 5 to experiment and try it out. Had that for a few years, and I came back to Windows a few months ago. Today I finally downloaded iTunes, and I had to configure all this stuff and now I want to sync some music that I downloaded over. I only have 64 songs on my iPod because I haven't used it until now.... I downloaded a shitload of songs, and I'm trying to sync them over to my iPod, but I can't... I put the songs in the Music Library, and when I press "Sync" I get this:

I'm not prepared to wipe my iPod a second time. Half of my 64 songs are pirated, so I don't want to go back and get them. Is there anyway around this, or anyway I can sync the songs over possibly WITHOUT iTunes?

Uninstall iTunes? How else can I sync shit there? I'm looking on Google, and I found something called Songbird. It's not iTunes, but it does the same thing...

But it isn't someone else's computer. It's still my computer, it just went through 2 changes of Operating Systems. Meh. Downloading Songbird now, it's LIKE iTunes, but I've never used it. It's also better. So FUCK iTunes.

"Half of my 62 songs are pirated" Bitch, please. Mine has complete ARTISTS pirated... about 200-300 songs pirated. Stop bein lazy, and wipe it again. Also, I suggest a different jailbreak, such as Absinthe 2.0 because that's what I have and it works perfect.

Edit: Spotify is a good app if you dislike ITunes that much.

go to your old computer and un register your ipod from itunes
or
just sync your ipod ok, its only 62 songs and its easy as to put them back on
if youre too lazy to do that then dont ask for help and opinions kkkkkkkkkkkkkk

not sure if dumb or ignorant but when you pirate songs, you drag them into your itunes library
syncing 300 songs take less then 3 minutes on itunes, you writing this thread up probably took longer

I reply angrily to posts that have attitude within them. Him saying, "Bitch please I have 300 pirated songs" is attitude. Comparing himself to me, when he doesn't realize how slow and how long it takes for me to pirate songs.

Also, god damn. My computer - it's BEEN the same computer. I don't have another computer. I just changed OS's. Windows > Linux > Windows.

I don't understand what your point is either.. I obviously can't sync it due to the fact that they don't want one iPod going to different computers and being able to download / sync music, songs, videos, etc. I found out that there is no real way around this... Songbird doesn't support iPod synchronization either.

Also, to download 32 pirated songs which the average file size being 3.30MB - a 3.30MB song takes about 1 minute for me to download. Speedtest tells me I get around 1.31MB/s, but no. Around 200-300kb. So, downloading 300 pirated songs would take a VERY long time for me. So, it's not being dumb or ignorant - it's being cautious, and time friendly.

Thing is, I don't have the pirated songs that I had on there. I do realize it may take a few seconds to sync it, but I barely even get maybe 100-300kb/s speeds. A 8.9MB song takes around 3-5 minutes. Thanks for the help! I think I'm just gonna use a program called YamiPod.
