Reinstall , reboot PC and Router ...
Now I see server under maintenance ... So FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- ... Well , hope for good stuff this update !

Oh , and BTW , it is detected at me
Error W[2007] L[0] , file is changed ... Gives me this error at any REZ Hack ...

Use a diffrent RF.REZ name e.g RF75.REZ sometimes working rez names don't even exists e.g RF100.REZ worked but it wasn't a real rez file. This is a matter of trial and error good luck finding one and never release it
