Still have errors even after installing microsoft packages

I had a thread before on msvcr100 errors, and someone gave me a link to download the microsoft redistributable package x86 for windows 64 bit(i have 64bit) to fix my msvcr errors after countless times of putting the dll into the correct areas, and countless times downloading a new dll, with still no hope. On cmd, i tried regsvr32 but it gave me another error in which i cannot install the dll. Even after downloading microsoft redistributable package x86, its still giving me that error. Any ideas? I dont think its my framework cause my framework is 4.0

First x86 is 32bit and you need to download Microsoft Visual Express C++ 2010, than download the packages.
