There's a reason why you can't log-in on the WarRock PH. Maybe your living on an outside country e.g USA, UK, or other countries. If you wanted to play the WarRock PH, there's a tutorial on the internet (such as Youtube) on how to play WarRock PH while using a proxy. Use an IP that is in Philippines.
