CF NA is 3 years old, CF EU is almost ayear old but you'll see in about a year later who's better. As long as you play with your friends it doesent matter what version of CF is.

1.CF NA because they have many players compared to eu
and pro players too...
2.CF EU because the graphics it better compared to NA
3.CF CH because has a lot OF new weapons and new modes comes their first they are the real first launcher of new patches and all others copy them [1 drawback is if you aren't chinese you really dont understand the language]
graphics sucks really
