I did sumbit a ticket 2 days ago, the status still says "Open" nobody has looked at it yet. People said sometimes they don't even look at your ticket.

They rarely do lol. At least each ticket I sent they've LITTERALY never read.

i'd say give them a call ? :/

and you will need to have some more patience with nexon . you will be lucky if they respond within a week .

They don't have a cutomer service number you can reach them at. If they don't take my ticket into consideration imma just telekill and anti-kick every game.

Very true, I Sent a ticket and they finally replied in 4 to 6 months, but it's because there's an overflow in tickets sent, Or nexon is just lazy.
