Seems like it's not possible to fix this, the only external hack that don't have this is master131's external MW3 hack and he said it's not possible to do what he did on MW2 so don't expect a fix for now :/
Later today i'm going to update my topic with aimbot and esp, i don't even know why i'm only doing it now, should've uploaded it long time ago lol

Killstreak: That's problem with external thing. When i add more and more features to the esp and aimbot it start lag very bad. I have even added esp for claymore and explosives which make the esp to lag very bad. It's kind of not able to process real time esp data(performing calculation to draw the esp box).
