Red: body
Yellow: Scope lens
Green: Bolt which you have to pull back every time you fire the gun
Dark blue: barrel
Cyan: scope
Purple: The back of the bolt
Orange: The cheekrest of the gun
As for your second question, look in the tutorials section.
