I request your help MPGH community :DayZ Hacks

Okay I just had a few questions about possible hacks for DayZ, I realize that there are like no hacks for this game yet containing such ESP aimbot's and such or atleast to my knowledge there isn't. If there is feel free to correct me and post the name of the hack, if not I know cheat engine is about the most you can get right now but most of its scripts have become detectable in DayZ. I am looking for a bypasser for BattleEye hack protection, And how do use the bypasser I'm not completely familiar with bypassing programs just the hacks themselves.

IF you are rich you could try to pay for some private hacks, but I can't say the sites here. But give a look on youtube (don't download, so many fake hacks with trojans)

And there is ESP, aimbot and other things just are not on public.
