Blood blades of nulgath quest still working?

Hi was going threw the quest IDs and i came across blood blades of nulgath witch is 663 will this quest still work with the quest loader? has anyone tryed? does it turn in when you complete it? if anyone tryed it so far please help me thanks

Well, probably you've already got the answer, but anyways here it is:
You can't turn it in, just like the Primal Dread Saw quest, you can see it, you can accept it, but you can't turn it in.
