Design my next pair of Phat Pants - 10$ to whoever can do it to my specs.

Note: this isn't for a noob in GFX. I'm extremely picky and pessimistic when it comes to my Rave Gear.

Alright, so I need a new pair of Phat Pants, I custom make them myselves, but I want someone to help me design them.

In case you do not know what Phat Pants are, these are Phat Pants:


Mine are currently, well, my ex has them. So I want better Phat Pants than before. I want the whole "Black with Neon Lime trimming" look to it, but I want it to have some more, well, pizazz. I want it to be in your face, flashy, and last of all, it needs two symbols. The first is a Gas Mask with a skull behind it, and the second is an Anarchy symbol, but a unique, sophisticated, fancy one. Not a chaotic one. Both of which should be on the shin bone portion of the leg.


Now, this will be a LOT of work fine tuning it to my specifications, that's why I am going to give whoever does the best job ten bucks paypal (no other form of currency will be allowed). ALSO, when you post your graphics, please, and I beg of you PLEASE use a watermark overlay so NO ONE CAN TAKE IT. The final graphic will be given through a PM to me.
