Site achievements?

I noticed that after I was gone for a month and got back, I had the "Recommendation Second Class" achievement. I have no idea what that means or why I have it and I tried searching around the forums for an explanation, but can't find anything on it. Can someone explain this specific achievement to me such as what it is and how I got it, and where I might find other achievements on this site? Thanks.

It's a ranking for how many people you have referred to the site, I have Recommendation First Class on my main account as I have referred five people to MPGH.

Some people just use any name as a referral when they register. So Congratz .

Only 2 or 3 but I have over 20 reffarels I think

Is there a way to get rid of this achievement? I'd rather not have my profile boast about referring people here specifically, evne if I didn't actually do it.
