Possible little advantage hack

I think i am not alowed the internet adress of this site, but just google for
Abyssal LoL Hack v0.3RC
and click on first link
it looks like a Possible hack ,because there is no scam like RP or MAP hack
it just says:
enables constant IP boost from ~190% (possible)
No-Fog hack (Yes you can do a no Fog but you can´t see Enemys)
3 extra gold per 5 sec. (Also Possible)
All skins MODE - You can choose from all custom skins without buying them. (it says Custom skin so only You see it, so posslible too)
Unlimited Vision Wards and Potions. (only thing i say could be Scam)
So it seems legit so far, but i can´t Download it, because I am not on my PC it currently isnt working right so have to repair it.
Can anyone test or do a virus scan?
Hope somebody answeres and No i am Not a noob i have 2x lvl 30 ACC and a good win lose ratio.

It's a scam to make them money from the hosting site and it most likely contains a virus or just a text document telling you to go to another link.

indeed not working, the file is in a rar format. downloaded it alrdy cannot even extract...... file error.
