own Texure mod

i wanna make my own texure mods but if i made one it saves on only 17kb and 22kb not like the original 11kb, ive done all lobie's and Jorndel tut on the texure mod forum and used all combinations possible but still it keeps beeing too big any one know how to fix it? and when i place the one i made in there says could not load ......... .iwi

wep camo's ive downloaded other person's camo's witch work then i make em DDS and open em in CS5 and mod em and save em then there a other size when i make em back to IWI and as DDS aswell

It's the same that is here in MW3
Lolbie just copied it

And I made a video for it.
If he did truly follow it, he would know what to do if the file size was to be wrong.
