We could make a thread sticky it and hope people read it before they post the reality is most new members will not read the rules at all, they will come here grab the hack, leave, have problems, come back and be in such a hurry to get the hack working they will post in the wrong section. It will always happen so the best we can do is just police the forum/s as best we can and keep it clean and in check.
