If you enter something in the Chat, 256 is added. If you repeat entering something fastly, 256 is added until it is bigger than 1024.
If it's bigger than 1024, it is being set to 1 and chatting is blocked for 10 seconds.
Freezing it to 0 is bypassing this.

It works with Anti Client Error 28_x, but it doesn't work without it
