How to activate Karma Koin Code ?

I'm sorry, I know it's wrong section but I dont really know where else to post this.

Okay, so I just bough a karma koin online thru PC Game Supply - Game Cards, Xbox, Playstation, iTunes Online. After all the approving stuff, they gave me a karma code. But the problem is I dont know where to activate it. It's my 1st time buying this thing so I really need some help.

I just did it but it kept saying : Sorry,this pin is not valid. EC:404 . I tried typing the code again for over 5 times and I can be sure that I typed it right. But I still couldn't do it ? Any suggestion ? Thanks.

, Try contacting the support of whoever 'makes' Karma Koin's. They probably have an official website, they'll probably have a support system there.
