i wanna change my registered email

i've

1-account id
2-security question
3-security answer
4-password

when i change my reg-email there's a msg appear that i should open my old email to change reg-email & i don't remember my old email

the msg [ Thank you! A verification email will be sent to your old email address momentarily. It is required that you click the confirmation link within this email to complete your email address change request. ]

is there any idea ?

yeah honestly thats the big problem with the new security update because many accounts are like from 2010 and i doubt those peopel still remember their emails

And they probably forgot the security question to probably.
people and there multiple accounts
