Adresses of specific emblems

Hey guys,

I recently found out about the "Console-Only" Emblems/Titles, you only can get via Clan-War and Elite.
I want to unlock them but not everything.
Can someone tell me how to calculate which Adress an Emblem/Title has?
(Or maybe there is some Programm that is already doing this?)

I'm able to help you unlock any emblem or title separately without locking others. It's fairly simple but it would take ALOT of time to make a program for it.. (each emblem and title not just the elite ones)
