    i need help for getting my account back

    Hello i can get my old account back if i can go on my e-mail but the scammer changed my e-mail pw and i dont know how i try to recover it but its on an e-mail adres thats banned for sending spam but i didnt do eny thing pfft if some 1 know how to recover an e-mail pllz tell me
