That was just the news feature from the launcer. It said acces denied because it couldn't load the nfsw site, lol!!!! Of course he was able to press the launc button, because the account is just fine

IF you are really banned, the whole Account is banned. After entering the Login data in the Launcher you would see a popup Notification with "You are currently banned from the game. Please contact Customer Support" and that's it.
I've been banned last year after abusing the "unlocalized String" in May with a Mouse Macro so I've seen the Message.
