Does it ban one driver or all drivers or the whole account from your email address???

Once i tried to login, it logged in successfully then it does not show me how many boost i have left and it said ACCESS DENIED but there was the play button on the updater

What you can do is contact the support: https://help.e*****m/ and ask them the reason for your ban, and maybe beg them for get unbanned, the chances are low but worth a try.
