If you're using the injector executor put it in the Arma 2 OA directory. Then just type

execVM "ESP 1.7.2.4.sqf";

into the console of the injector.

Download this, put it in the main arma 2 operation arrowhead directory (If you are on a x64 system it will be something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead" - and put the file in there). When using the injector launch the injector then the game and when in a server go to the console and type
